"This hotel was an easy 5 min walk from the Interlaken West train station. The front desk manager was very friendly and helpful, explaining how to get around town. Coffee and tea were available in a common area. Our room was super clean, with good lighting and everything we needed. We could walk to a Coop grocery in about 3 minutes, very convenient."

"Beautiful hotel, with very spacious rooms which are like mini apartments! Balconies have a stunning view of the mountains and lake. Great parking directly outside the hotel. "Would absolutely stay here again! The Chalet was so charming and the rooms very spacious and comfortable. Since this is a short bus ride from Interlaken, the surroundings are beautiful. We ate at the restaurant which was some of the best food we had. The entire staff was great too. Highly recommend. "
