"We stayed three nights and our room was never cleaned. Multiple screaming fights in the hallways on both levels between other customers, panhandling at doors, bugs in the room….it served its purpose for us but was not ideal in the least."

This was raised to us customers by a letter in an envelope placed under residence doors. Marriott leadership should investigate this incident. Staff claims GM is very abusive to all staff."
