Great accessible stay

The accessible suite was perfect, and the pool lift was great to be able to use as well. There were even tables at breakfast that fit a power wheelchair without the armrests hitting like happens with many tables. Definitely recommend to anyone with accessibility needs.

Very clean, very helpful staff, good breakfast. The only partial negative is the location, in an industrial zone. However, it is close to everything, including the city of Peoria, shopping, food options, etc.

Overnight stay

Newly built beautiful hotel in an area with restaurants and shops. Breakfast was very good. Highly recommend if you’re in Peoria. Will definitely stay there again

I understand why people have gave this hotel almost 5 stars. Its very clean the rooms are very roomy and nice. The bed could be a little more comfy but its the best hotel ive stayed in for a long time

The East Peoria Residence Inn was a wonderful stay. All of the staff was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and very good at their jobs. This includes front desk staff, breakfast staff, and custodians. This facility was very well managed and extremely clean. Everything about our stay was wonderful. We will definitely stay at Residence Inns in the future.

Great hotel, great location

The hotel was beautiful. Nice pool, basketball hoop and a lovely outside patio with grill and fire pit. The breakfast choice was not great and the food was awful. Disappointed knowing we paid a lot of money to stay here. Another benefit was we were close to all the stores gas stations and restaurants.

Service was great and everything was very nice and clean. My only complaint is the mattress is pretty hard. I was surprised the mattress was so hard being that every other time I've stayed at a Marriott hotel in the past, they've always had super comfortable mattresses, I think they called them Dream soft or something of that sort. Everything else was so great, that for 1 night, I'd stay again.

Disappointed with beds.

We stayed at the hotel to have an early Christmas get together with a few relatives. We had two rooms. One was a two bed for 3 adults. The other was a one bed for 2 adults 2 small children used the sofa bed. The decor was wonderful. Very clean and staff friendly. Pool was great. Room towels and bedding were scratchy and stiff. Not soft. Furniture was nice but firmness was hard and not very comfortable. Biggest disappointment was the mattresses and pillows. Mattresses were so hard it felt like trying to sleep on a board of plywood. Both beds in our room, the bed in the connecting room and the pull out couch were all extremely hard to try to get any sleep on. For the price I expected a way more comfortable experience.

Coming back for sure!

The Hotel was so clean amd the staff was friendly, caring, and always around to see if we needed anything. The rooms were also great! Really the only complaint I have if I had to have one would be the be was a little hard, but most people tend to like them a little firm.
