The room was clean the staff was friendly but the breakfast was terrible the website said hot breakfast all that was hot was the waffles I was expecting eggs and sausage especially when the website says continental breakfast. If they don’t have a continental breakfast then they need to change it on the website.

I stay here whenever I visit Peoria, often for a week or more It is clean, comfortable, convenient, and a good value, particularly when traveling with a pet. The staff are always helpful and congenial. I rarely take advantage of the breakfast service as I have family nearby.

Not the hotels fault but as a solo female traveler, I didn't feel the safest outside. Fortunately the hotel keeps several cameras on the exterior of the building so I made sure to keep my car in their view. The bathroom could use some updating, but at $70 a night...I'm not complaining. The bed was comfortable and I was able to get a decent sleep. There is also a really good Mexican restaraunt right behind the hotel so I went and ordered there, checked in and by the time the process was done my food was ready. It did it's job for giving me a place to sleep and a hot shower on my way through.

Super clean, high quality linens, a bathtub, waffles(!) and friendly helpful staff. Next to a lovely Mexican restaurant but otherwise isolated so Uber is a must if you’re without a car. Speedy response so no complaints. Good economical choice.

Overall, this was a good place to stay. Mostly clean, but clean towels were still stained and carpet could use a thorough vacuum. Staff was exceptionally nice and breakfast was adequate.

The neighborhood is not so great lots of broken glass in the parking lot. It appears they have a breakin problem in the parking lot. But the hotel is quiet and the staff is very nice. Was a bit difficult to walk my dog as their isn’t much grassy areas for him to walk in it’s mostly parking lots all over. It’s definitely a perfect hotel for construction workers type people but I’m a travel nurse at the big hospital here and didn’t feel comfortable when I had to leave late at night for call.

When working out of town it’s nice to have a quick breakfast available. 3 out of 5 mornings that was not the case. Looked like all of the local drug addicts lived there and I seen multiple police walking through there several days. The lobby and halls were unbearably hot which made it take forever (multiple days) to get my room cooled down. Slamming doors all night long which staff didn’t want to do anything about. 0 out of 5 for me
