Our room was on the second floor. Kids enjoyed it, SPA bathtub was also fun (3 kids to play inside). We add one more breakfast for the youngest kid, but the breakfast was way too much that we had to wrap it to go. Lot of food, but had an advantage of a local person to communicate at the front desk. No elevator to the second floor, but we knew about it from the reviews, so no surprise there. They have a small animal farm (need entrance ticket), which again kids enjoyed a lot. The balcony and wooden chairs there were quite worn out (we did not use them), but overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Nice place, staff could do better

Check in was fast. Reception people were kind. The room was clean and spacious. Private pool was clean and nice, there is an extendable cover if you want privacy and don’t want guests staying on the upper floors looking. The pool deck is wooden and needs an update, there were little mushrooms growing out of it. Breakfast was terrible, no options really, restaurant staff was rude, not a care in the world. Even though we paid for breakfast, we ended up going to McDonalds.

從開業至今住過5次。 住宿品質越來越不如預期。 房間似乎沒有好好維護可惜了這麽大片腹地～ 房間冷氣噪音非常大！更換房間一樣～ 陽台的座椅都是砂石灰塵…根本無法使用。 一整晚被冷氣噪音影響根本無法完全入眠。 沒有感受到服務人員的用心及溫度！ 整潔有待加強。害我尋麻疹上身。傻眼🙄 短時間內不會再到訪….希望業者用心經營。

超棒的住宿

服務態度非常的親切，12月份入住豪華泡泡四人房，孩子在房間就可以看到魚超級開心，這次入住豪華星空四人房，樓中樓大人小孩都滿意，兩次早餐都好滿足，浴缸超大可以一邊看電視一邊泡澡，下次要再入住豪華彩虹四人房。

舒適 但泳池使用時間建議可以延長

整體來說非常舒服 房間空間也大 適合貼近大自然 但代價是蚊蟲稍多 雖然有私人泳池 因為蚊蟲晚上很難使用 最適合使用的時間是入住時的傍晚和隔天早上(又會跟早餐時間重疊) 室外泳池開放時間太短了 如果廁所和房間加上隔間門會更好

房間整體的品質沒有符合所收取費用的標準

我們這次帶著一個11個月大的嬰兒與三歲大的孩子入住，飯店提供的收費木製嬰兒床竟沒有給床墊所以非常的硬，嬰兒無法睡，這木製嬰兒床和我們住的某五星飯店所提供的是完全相同的款式，但另一家五星飯店卻有提供舒適的床墊，水岸森林卻沒有提供床墊，而且還有額外收費用，再來，當服務員拿嬰兒床給我們時，也沒有做好確實的清潔消毒，我自己有再用酒精擦擦過竟然酒精擦上是呈現黑灰色，表示飯店給我們嬰兒床時沒有擦拭乾淨再拿給我們，對此非常失望，還有，我們大人睡的床墊彈簧觸感非常明顯，躺上去時有彈簧的感覺導致很不舒服，一個晚上入住5000元的品質不應該是如此，房間內私人泳池的水也是非常冰冷，應該調整水池溫度，整體來說，這家飯店所收取的費用，和他們所提供的設備與物品品質，不太符合，下次再選擇有私人泳池的villa不會再選擇這家了。
