"Swimming pool was not open, but everything else was very good. We were clean, newly renovated. Of course the lobby is very nice. Conveniently located across the Lo Wo shopping center. Great massage place in the hotel you definitely should try although they don’t speak much English in the massage place."

"I had a fantastic stay at the Sofitel. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between luxury, comfort, and excellent service. The room was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, with a very comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The staff were consistently professional, welcoming, and eager to help, making the entire experience feel effortless from check-in to check-out. The facilities were excellent, and the location was ideal for both business and sightseeing. Breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality options, and every area of the hotel was beautifully maintained. A special mention for the team, who were always courteous and attentive without being intrusive. It’s clear they take pride in delivering a first-class guest experience. Overall, this is a hotel I would happily recommend and would definitely stay at again. Thank you to everyone at Sofitel for making my visit such an enjoyable one."

"Pros: The rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained. The hotel feels much more upscale and luxurious than the U.S. locations of the same brand. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and provide excellent service throughout the stay. Cons: The hotel is a bit far from the nearest subway station, so getting around on public transportation takes a little extra time. The lap pool has several strict rules that may not appeal to everyone. The pool staff begin asking guests to leave before the official closing time, which makes the experience feel a bit rushed. Overall, it's an excellent hotel with comfortable accommodations and outstanding service. If you don't mind the longer walk to public transit and the stricter pool policies, it's a great place to stay."
