"It was our first time visiting Beijing and the hotel is very centrally located to shops, restaurants, and famous sites to visit, and very walkable area. Upon entering the hotel, we were greeted by friendly staff, and the lobby was very grand and provided a luxurious atmosphere.
My sister, her husband, and I stayed in two different rooms in the older building of the Neo property so that room furniture and bathrooms were a bit dated, but the rooms were large with a living room and bedroom, air conditioned, and cleaned thoroughly. The amenities such as slippers, robes, shampoo/body wash products were high quality.
When we checked-in, the reception staff had limited English speaking skills, but there were two staff members who had stronger English conversation skills that were excellent and provided exceptional service. There was a blonde European woman, Ksenia, in the reception desk who directed us towards the correct elevators to our rooms, spent extra time to provide walking instructions to restaurants and sites in the area. We are so thankful to her and she really showed a high level of service.
Also, Coolio in Concierge was super helpful and professional, he registered us for Tiananmen square, ordered cars, and provided advice whenever we needed.
The hotel was very well maintained, centrally located, and most staff provided great service. I would stay in this hotel property again when visiting Beijing."
