Great stay at Lanou Hotel in Beijing! The location is fantastic—close to many popular attractions, which made sightseeing so easy. The front desk staff were super friendly and check-in was very efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. As a business traveler, I really appreciated the smooth experience. The only negative comments are for the food. We had burgers at the grill they were very mediocre. Lobster mac n cheese tasteless. Breakfast was not at MO standard but ok overall. Dinner on the terrace was very good quality and taste. So the big letdown was the grill. Everything else about this hotel is awesome!!!

One of the best hotel experience with Beijing culture! Big rooms, new, modern with great, friendly staffs! Didi accessible to hotel entrance is a big plus! Highly recommend to all, my kid enjoyed it the most as it is different from usual hotel style :)
