"War beruflich für 7 Wochen in Wien und hatte eine schönen Rückzugsort zum entspannen nach der Arbeit. Herr Stratill ist ein sehr netter Vermieter und war bei einen kleinen Problemchem sofort zu Stelle. Die Wohnung ist so wie beschrieben und sehr zentral gelegen. Alle notwendigen Geschäfte sowie Straßenbahn ( direkt vor der Tür aber trotzdem nicht laut) und U Bahn sind ohne Auto schnell erreichbar. Wie schon geschrieben, ich komme definitiv wieder. Vielen Dank für eine schöne Zeit."

"This hotel was located right at the main station when coming in from the airport which was great after a long day of travel - it was also an easy tram ride to anywhere we wanted to go in Vienna once we settled in. The rooms were clean, well-sized and the beds were comfy. All of the staff were friendly but the real reason for the 5 star review is Sara. She was incredibly kind and helpful and gave us great advice for our adventures in the city. She patiently answered all of our questions and made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we checked in. She truly made our experience exceptional. When encounter someone like Sara who takes such pride in her work and genuinely cares about her guests, it transforms a good hotel stay into a great one. Thank you! "
