Our booking included a drink voucher. Neither Expedia nor the hotel were able to honour it and refused to give a refund. This was terrible customer experience. It took hours dealing with both. They claimed it was never supposed to be part of the package but it wa included in mine and was part of the reason I booked it. The least they could’ve done was honour it.

1st night air conditioning didn’t work. Couldn’t fix it next day, room changed which caused inconvenience. 2nd and 3rd night stay okay. Didn’t provide glasses and bathroom supplies like Q-tip. Only 2 facial towels and bath towels provided. I’ve been staying in Conrad many times in the last few years. I felt the quality of service and hospitality is declining. Not a very pleasant stay this time.
