Updating the listing to clarify this would be very helpful for future guests."

"Amazing summer vacation rental!!! We used the home for a family get together with grandparents. The 9 granddaughters loved the bunk room, the 2 grandsons loved the pool house room, and there were numerous rooms for the adult couples equipped with large bathrooms. Temps outside were over 100F all week but we were very comfortable. The large living room couch and dining area was perfect for gathering and visiting together. The pool’s waterfall/slide feature was so cool that nobody even asked to go to the exciting-looking water park right up the street. The indoor sport court got a lot of use from the grandchildren. They didn’t seem to mind the lack of AC in the gym. The big fans help. Lots of off street parking was appreciated. Host was prompt to reply to all our questions and very pleasant to interact with. We will be recommending the home to others. This was our first time to Hurricane and we enjoyed having TWO nearby water reservoirs. We spent a day at the smaller Quail Creek reservoir and did small boat sailing, paddle boards, kayaks, etc. We reserved the large pavilion at the lake which was awesome. It was summer during our visit so we skipped the golfing. We loved the taffy making class at the Taffy Shop. The Tuacahn outdoor theatre was a neat venue (we saw Les Miserables). Also recommend the Red Reef Trail as a short easy early morning hike for families. Grandpa used hiking poles and did fine. I can see this being a fantastic rental year round."
