"Beautiful home with great location. The house had everything we needed and more. Plenty of amenities, we had everything that we needed. The host was very responsive. Highly recommend this home and host. The location was close to Zion and multiple state park, easy drive from Vegas. "

"The house was perfect for our group of 22. Each bedroom had an attached bath which was really helpful, with the bunk room having two showers and toilets. It has a laundry room on both levels which is great for such a large group. I worried from the photo’s whether the downstairs kitchen and gathering area would handle to whole group, but it was more spacious than it appeared in the photo’s. Being able to separate the kitchen table gave us room for all to eat together. Two dishwashers and two ovens - really well thought out for large groups! The pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature, and our children and grandchildren enjoyed using them each day. Would definitely recommend this home!"

"Amazing property! Excellent layout that allows space to gather, but also enough common areas for people to spread out. Heating the pool was completely worth it- kiddos spent hours in it! Kitchen was the best stocked VRBO that we have ever stayed at. Lots of seasonings and other things that made it feel like home. Home is even nicer than the photos. Very convenient to parks. Hosts were very helpful and responded quickly to questions. Would rent again in a heartbeat! "

"The pictures don't actually do justice to how much space there is at this place. The warm pool was a highlight for the 22 kids we had with us! Spent a day hiking in Zion and a day in Snow Canyon and both were phenomenal. Highly recommend this place. I wish there were more communities like this place. "
