"We are a family of 5 with 2 college kids, parents and a dog. We stayed at the house and hiked at Zion for 2 days. The place is everything that we wanted, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, kitchen has all sorts of utensils, living room is big .e house is immaculate. We highly recommend it. Property manager attentive and friendly. "

"The house itself is amazing. Large rooms, good hangout spots and great pool/hot tub area.They had a coffee machine but no coffee provided which was a first for us. We had Hulu (live TV) the first day, however they gave the login/password to too many of their properties and it stopped working which was a pain as we wanted to watch a few live sports game. The property managers are not great, there was no instructions provided for the property (they said there usually is a binder but it was missing) and they were very slow to respond and did not address our Hulu issue. The house is walking distance to a golf course and really nice neighborhood but there is NOTHING near. You have to go at least 15 minutes to hurricane (small town) or 30 minutes to St-George. Next time, we will likely stay closer to St-George."

"Our family spent 5 nights at the property. We informed the property manager the first night that the hot tub was not heating. He immediately responded and said he would have someone out asap. The next night I messaged if someone would be coming out to fix the hot tub, 24 hours later he responded that someone would come look at it within the hour. No one ever showed up. I did reach out 3 more times that we would like some form of compensation for not having a working hot tub for our entire stay. We never received a response from the host. I also reached out to VRBO because the host was not responding to my messages. VRBO said they cannot take any action because I do not have any proof that the hot tub was not working. "
