"Staff was very friendly and helped arrange transportation from the airport upon our arrival in Prague. They also arranged transportation to the train station upon our check out. "
"The best hotel you can imagine. Located right near the Charles Bridge and Old Town, with tram stops within 100 meters. The historic Cafe Slavia and National Theater 7 minutes walk, Cafe Savoy 10 minutes walk. The Prague Astronomical Clock is 5 minutes walk. On trams you go to Vysegrad and beautiful Vinohrady. I reached the Prague Castle through the Charles Bridge by foot, but you can go by tram as well. Any way you go from the hotel, it is beautiful.
The rooms are beautiful and spacious, with high ceilings, very comfortable and cozy. Several outlets in the room. Excellent windows; no noise from the street. The internet was flying.
The service is impeccable. Whatever you need - the staff is there. Everything is spick and span, very clean.
The complimentary minibar really pleasantly surprised me. The breakfast is on a pricey side, but the ambiance of the room and the choices and quality were excellent; the buffet included meats, cheeses, eggs, mushrooms, salmon, yogurts, pastries, breads, fruits, vegetables, juices, coffee, teas, and some other items.
Excellent value, and excellent experience.
Highly recommend.

"Excellent breakfast menu and always fresh and such a good variety.
Clean room, very accommodating staff. Always helpful.
Good value for money and hotel is in such a good position to visit all the tourist sites."
"Great lication for Old town attractions and tram stop 5 minutes walk.
Rooms were spotless and comfortable. Also a very good breakfast to start the say. "
"Rooms were clean and spacious, however they didn’t offer any complimentary water!
Breakfast was ok, the same for the duration of our stay.
Good location, with plenty of restaurants."
"First, the pictures shown on the listing are completely MISLEADING! There are as many photos of the “spa” or more than of the hotel. The main picture shows the spa which is somewhere downstairs. It leads one to believe it’s the front desk area. If only the rooms were as bright as depicted in the photos, especially the interior rooms which overlook the exterior of the dingy walls of the other inside rooms. Imagine a dark courtyard of walls and a roof.
The furniture, while supposed to fit the decor of the hotel is dark & in overall poor condition It was all nicked up and looks like it came from a thrift store. The photographer who took these images should be proud of his photoshop skills because he surely went above and beyond in making the place look like something other than what it really looks like in person. Thankfully the bathroom was in good condition, the only highlight of the room.
The staff was not the least bit welcoming, and while the breakfast was good the staff in the upstairs and downstairs dining area was downright rude. Nothing like getting talked down to for putting a piece of “non” toasting bread in, of all things, a TOASTER!
Do your homework before booking a stay here which I found to be very disappointing. "
"Woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She assisted us a couple of times with perfect directions and guidance. Basically booked our trip to Krumlov. "
