Everyone went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, as if I were a guest in their own home. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable. My room was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The fresh scent of the room and the bedding was unforgettable. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in, allowing me to rest deeply and wake up refreshed every morning. The breakfast buffet was outstanding—varied, abundant, and of excellent quality. There was a wonderful selection of fresh and delicious options to suit every taste, making each morning a pleasure. "This hotel was absolutely brilliant right in the middle of Granada with incredibly helpful staff both on the reception and in the dining area. Nothing was too much trouble. The car park is quite difficult to find, but they did their best to help me. The pool is only a plunge pool not a swimming pool but the rooftop area is great. They just need a few more beds as once there are eight people up there there’s no space…. Exceptional loved it"
