Great room - immaculate, modern. Excellent beakfast and service. Excellent location. A pity no outside space eg courtyard or at least some external windows in lounge bar. Would be very happy to stay again.

Needed somewhere close to hospital after an unplanned visit to Granada. Location ideal. Great staff. Hotel only 2 years old and it seems no expense was spared. Nice touches e.g. fresh fruit in room. Breakfast high quality as was dinner. It's off season so prices are low but even so, this stay was great value. Highly recommended.

My room was very warm even when I put the air conditioning on, It wouldn’t allow me to put it lower than 21 degrees and consequently I didn’t sleep as well due to being too warm. The bed was very comfortable and the shower/bathroom extremely luxurious! A good location and friendly reception staff.

Space was clean. Cleaning ladies were very lovely and sweet. Some staff at reception was not very friendly, while some others were friendly and easy to talk to (older gentleman with glasses and moustache). They were able to give us some toothpaste when we ran out. Shower pressure was great but water would get cold every 15-30 seconds for about 2-3 seconds, before returning to desired temperature. Did report it and they advised they would send up a technician, but the problem continued to persist.
