"The music and screen by the pool was way too loud, and the music videos were not family friendly. The music should have ended at 9pm and not 10pm. This made it hard to sleep knowing we had to wake up early the next day. Disappointed and will not come back. It was way better 7 years ago. Yet, the water park, lazy river and pool were perfect. "

"This hotel surprised us. I went with my husband and 5 year old daughter after a day at Disney and it was such a nice way to end our visit. The pool area was open until 10pm so my daughter loved that. There is a large faux grass area with jumbo jenga and other games as well as couches and picnic tables, which we enjoyed after the pool. The pool bar serves food and the bartender was awesome. The drinks were fantastic and the food was delicious. Everything was just perfect. From the moment we stepped out of our car we were greeted by a super friendly staff member who took our bags to our room. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The included breakfast buffet was fantastic and you can also order some hot food items from the waitress as well. They offered my daughter Minnie Mouse waffles and she was over the moon. There is a Starbucks in the lobby so I was also over the moon. There are beautiful seating areas throughout the hotel, both inside and out. We marked this hotel a keeper and are already planning a return trip just to spend more time here. Everything was on point for this picky New Yorker! Bravo 👏"

"We very much liked the pool and jacuzzi. The 2 bedroom was spacious, but the master bathroom was not up to par. We planned on using the tub in the master suite, but when we arrived it was dirty and had hairs in it (I am assuming left from previous tenant). Since we couldn't use the tub, we tried using the actual shower in the master suite, and it was the same style shower as a decades old trailer. Small enclosure, and very outdated, not glass but stained yellow plexiglass surrounding it. We ended up using the secondary bathroom for our whole stay. The secondary bathtub was also dirty, and most likely not cleaned because when we went to shower in it for the very first time, we discovered hairs on the wall of the shower, which solidifies to me that the cleaning of both tubs in both bathrooms either did not happen, or happened not well enough to remove hairs. I would personally not stay here again, however for a large family with kids that needs multiple rooms at a reasonable price, it is not a bad option. Lastly, it does not have elevators, so be weary of getting a room on the 3rd floor, as you will be manually carrying up your luggage (and the stairs are very steep as well)."

"I am handicap and I asked for an ADA room and they gave me a room that was not ADA. I reserve two rooms one for myself and one for my guest. Their room was 212 and when we got there at 10 o’clock at night 1020 around there their room was not ready to inhabit. The beds were not made. There was a master room was not cleaned, but yet they gave it to us anyways my ADA room was not it was ADA, but it wasn’t what a welcome shower it was with a bathtub was not able to shower. The beds were too low for me and having one leg and no one to help get up from the low bed in an ADA room was not ideal…!!"
