Located in desirable Indian Bay (deep bay, secluded but five minutes to fast water). Large, spacious deck with built-in hot tub, outdoor grill, , table, chairs, and lounges.

Private dock that can accommodate two ski boats (tandem) or a single larger yacht (30 feet). A kayak and two stand-up paddleboards are available for use.
Swim, fish, boat or lounge and enjoy the sunshine.
