Vacation home in Dinard - An ideal setting for unforgettable memories



Welcome to this beautiful modern house located in the Saint-Alexandre district of Dinard. With a capacity of 12 people (+ 2 babies) and PMR access, this 100m² property built in 2011 is ideal for holidays with family or friends. Nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac, it offers calm, comfort and proximity to beaches (10-15 min walk) and shops.



Inside:

On the first floor, enjoy a convivial space with a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, vitro hob, microwave...) opening onto a spacious living room, a warm living room with wood-burning stove, TV and sofa bed, as well as a bedroom with 180x190 bed, TV and PMR access. An adapted shower room and laundry room.

Upstairs, you'll find 3 comfortable bedrooms: two with double beds (one with a cot), and a third with a trio bed (140x190 and 90x190 bunk beds). A bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet offer optimum comfort.



Outside:

The house features a wooden terrace with electric blinds, perfect for al fresco dining thanks to its furniture. Relax in the 4-seater Jacuzzi, enjoy the enclosed garden ideal for children, or explore the region on the two mountain bikes available. 3 private parking spaces and a bicycle shed complete the outdoor layout.



Activities :

Explore the nearby beaches (Prieuré, Saint-Énogat, Écluse) and go on adventures on the GR34 or coastal paths. Discover Dinard and its events and markets, or the region's must-sees: St-Malo, Mt-Saint-Michel, cruises on the Emerald Coast and water sports (kayaking, paddle, sailing).



This house offers the perfect setting for a vacation combining relaxation and exploration in one of the most beautiful parts of Brittany!
