Incredible Ocean Front Home with 3 Master Suites and Secluded Beach

Why settle for a glimpse of the ocean from a distance when you can immerse yourself in its beauty from the bluffs directly above? Explore our premier oceanfront rental, The Sea Horse, through the "Virtual Tour" link on our 5StarVR site. This extraordinary coastal retreat in Dillon Beach offers a truly immersive vacation experience, complete with a secluded beach just a 2-minute hike or a 2-second drop (not recommended) away!

The Sea Horse boasts four spacious bedrooms with California king-sized beds and four full baths. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite baths, and there are three additional areas that can serve as overflow bedrooms, providing a total of seven sleeping spaces. One unique feature is the beautiful movie theater/media room with a fireplace and a 14' projection wall, offering an IMAX-like experience. The living room and family room also provide additional sleeping options.

The bright and open floor plan features a great room with soaring beamed ceilings, 18' windows, a large living room, a fully stocked chef's kitchen with quarts counters and an island, and a dining room with a table for 12 plus counter seating for 4. The great room opens to a huge deck with breathtaking views of waves crashing onto the California coast. A second family room below has another deck with unobstructed ocean views and a brand-new hot tub just below. The family room can be curtained off to act as a fifth bedroom. All well-appointed bathrooms feature contemporary maple cabinets and stone tile, with two master suites offering spacious showers and a hall bathroom with a large tub.

For electric car owners, we've added a level 2 J1772 ev charger, allowing you to charge your vehicle fully. Bring your own cord and adapter for Teslas and other plug types. With numerous 5-star rave reviews across various platforms, we aim to make your stay the next exceptional experience.

Visit our 5StarVR site for details on personal chefs, caterers, massages, yoga instructors, and personal trainers. Our vacation rentals are fully stocked with essential cookware, dinnerware, and consumable supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, bath, dish, hand, and laundry soaps, as well as various trash bags. Luxurious linens are also provided. The hot tub is heated at no additional charge year-round. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

While Sea Horse is an amazing property for family and friends to gather, it is NOT a party house. Please note that outdoor amplified music is prohibited at vacation rentals in the County and campers are not allowed in the driveway. Surveillance cameras and decibel meters monitor parking areas and noise levels. County quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Groups found in violation of these rules may face eviction, substantial fines, and potential legal action.

Excellent Family Getaway

The property was just as advertised, very comfortable for three couples and a toddler. Perfect oceanfront location, easy drive to the beach. Felt like a million miles from home but was only an hour.

Amazing Place

We had a wonderful time, the house fit all of us and the location & view could not be beat. The weather was a bit windy and cold during our stay, but that's the luck of the draw. The day we left was absolutely wonderful!

Great home with the best view

Four of us spent the weekend, and had a few friends out to visit for the day. Great location, easy access to private beach, doggy friendly house, fun theater room with recliner chairs, big beautiful decks to hang out, loved the gas fireplaces that just heat up the room so quick We loved it, and we'll be back!

Fantastic coastal getaway

My friends and I had an enjoyable and relaxing stay at the Sea Horse! The views from the house are stunning, the layout of the house is perfect for a large group of friends, and the accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The property manager was incredibly responsive, helpful and attentive. All of my questions were answered promptly, and it was very easy to communicate with management! I couldn’t recommend this house more!

Went with 3 other couples and it was perfect. Gorgeous view. It is a hike down to the beach. I wasn’t sure what to expect on that. But great beach to walk around and explore.

My family rented this home for my brothers engagement and I couldn’t have asked for more. The home was clean and stocked with everything you could need. Our kids were entertained in the theater room. The cliff side view made for a stunning proposal location. Definitely look forward to staying again.

Memorable Family Experience

Amazing location and views - a special experience. House is well supplied and accommodates large groups, including cooking& eating together, playing games and hanging out. Also has space for those who need a break from togetherness. Randy was responsive and great to work with. So much to do in the area too but be prepared to drive. A home run with my family.

Unbeatable location!

The moment you walk in the front door you’ll be impressed! The location has to be one of the best in Dillon Beach, on a huge lot with sweeping views. The natural light on the main floor was awesome- we loved the huge, happy plants and how the sun warms the home. Massive 12 person dining room table and beautiful modern kitchen. This was by far the most well stocked kitchen of any vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. If you want to cook, don’t worry about a think, I’m sure they have it! The hot tub was clean and warm. Big king size beds in all 4 bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again!

Family time!

There were eight of us! Our family consists of my husband and myself, our son and his wife and our daughter and her little family. We have rented other beautiful homes in Dillon Beach, this property has been the best. We loved it! We stayed three nights and will do so again in the future. We had one darling Cavalier King Charles Spaniel with us! We walked and read, relaxed and enjoyed three movies! It is a gorgeous home! We just loved the long weekend and were so very comfortable. Thanksgiving at the Sea Horse Cliff House at Dillon Beach

We had a fantastic time during our week-long stay at the Sea Horse over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house is beautiful and spacious, and it nicely accommodated our large family. The views of the coast from all of the living areas were spectacular. The house is very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to prepare all of our meals. We used the very nice barbecue in cooking a couple of our dinners. All of the bedrooms had very comfortable beds. We watched a couple of movies in the theater room, which was a lot of fun, and we used the hot tub one evening. We enjoyed spending lots of time on the beach, which is just a short walk from the house. Randy and Sheryl Knight, the owners, were very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had.

The home was EXACTLY as advertised. If you appreciate the pictures and description of the property, you will not be disappointed. I would absolutely stay at this property again, and/or rent from this property owner, without reservation. The property was beautiful and very well-kept. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood with beautiful ocean views. A home was well-stocked home made our stay very enjoyable. Everything in the home and yard worked. Communication with the property management company was excellent. They were always available and never intrusive. Any questions that arose were addressed promptly and completely, and they even helped coordinate a chef and floral delivery via their online referral resource guide. We TRULY enjoyed our stay.

there were many deferred maintenance that needs attention. theater seating broken, stove front main burner did not work, TV in lower game room didn't work, rug in main floor lifting and can cause someone harm. also the refrigerator had very strong odors which i wasn't able to remove. I left some baking soda to help with the bad smells. we still enjoyed the lovely home but attention is needed to ensure a safe, comfortable setting is maintained as the dollar value isn't there at this time but certainly can be.

Incredible location, beautiful large house

MY family (6 of us) stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the tide pools on our private beach a short rocky jaunt down a bit of a cliff (not good for those that are not up for this sort of thing, but easy for those that are.) We took long walks on the larger beach accessible by a less rocky walk, but still you'd need to be up for a walk down a cliff, or drive 5 minutes to park at the beach. We made delicious meals in the well-appointed and organized kitchen, took morning hot tubs when it wasn't too windy to deal with being exposed to the elements, watched movies in the awesome theater, and gazed at the sunsets. We loved it!
