"Friendly staff and clean rooms. This is a great location and family friendly. Breakfast was small but had great options even for my toddler. The portable crib was also amazing to have glad thos was offered not mamy hotels offer that and its a life saver. The only thing we noticed that was very weird was only half a paint job was done in the halls half the doors were grey the others still wood finish. "

"My Place is a brand new smallish hotel in Mesa/Phoenix. As a result it was spotless, fresh, clean and excellent for the kind of hotel it is. It is the very definition of functional. There are basically no amenities, which is what I was expecting. There is a guest laundry. The room was very plain, which made no difference to me. It has a basic small kitchenette with an in counter cook too and a full-size refrigerator. It’s really designed as a somewhat extended near-residence kind of lodging. The bed was clean, fresh and comfortable. The bonus to My Place is the convenient location. Easy to get to just of Highway 60 at Signal Butte. There are many surrounding businesses: restaurants, car wash, fitness gym, large and small box retail, car repairs really anything one might need. The room rate was very reasonable compared to others in the area. The room isn’t where you would want to lounge and spend a lot of time. But it is comfortable and functional. If you’re in town in business and spending most of your time engaged in activities in the area, this is a perfect place to spend your nights."

"The house is great for athletes playing at Arizona Athletic Grounds. The drive to and from was easy with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby and on the way. Super safe and quiet neighbourhood that makes walking for ice cream or coffee easy. House was comfortable, could have a few more things like aluminum foil or plastic wrap, the things you need but hate to buy for a few days, but most other items were available. Beds were fine, bathrooms had loads of towels; layout great for a family of four or five. Wished we could have used the pool, but weather was cool."
