"The house and grounds were amazing. I'm not even sure the photos on VRBO (which are great) do it justice! My family enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi, mornings and evenings around the backyard fire feature, the putting green, the pool table, the captains chairs and movies, ..... Everything!! The house had all of the amenities you could need, was incredibly clean, and the beds super comfortable. And Don was an incredible host! We are already planning our return trip! "

They have a pool table, a closet full of games/books and a very nice pool and grill area out back. The host was exceptional and easy to get in contact with. "I can't say enough good things about our stay. Communication from Hosts was excellent, house was amazing. Huge outdoor space with pool and jacuzzi, plenty of space for us to all hang out in. The pool table and ping-pong was a hit for the kids and adults! Rooms were big and beds were extremely comfortable. Just an amazing property, would highly recommend. If MLS Next Fest is in Arizona next year, we hope to stay here again!"

"Our family of 28 stayed at The Max Resort in Gilbert for seven nights over Thanksgiving, and it was absolutely perfect. Every single person had a comfortable bed, and the layout—with three separate “apartments”—gave everyone the right balance of privacy and togetherness. The large living room and huge kitchen table made it easy for us to gather for meals, games, and laughter.The backyard was a dream! The beautiful pool was heated exactly to our liking, and we loved having the pickleball court, putting green, and relaxing hot tub all right there. There was always something fun to do, and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves.The location was ideal—peaceful and private, yet close to stores and everything we needed. The weather was perfect in November, and we were so grateful to celebrate Thanksgiving together in such a wonderful place. It was also easy to contact the manager, Jessica, who was friendly, responsive, and accommodating whenever we needed her.Overall, The Max Resort was everything we hoped for and more—beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for a large family gathering. We highly recommend it and would love to return again someday!"
