"This was an excellent choice. We were greeted by the host and he helped my friend and I with our bags. He then gave us a tour of where we were staying and pointed out lights and the pool, things that may need extra explaining. Everything was as described online & excellent communication with hosts. The place is very lovely and it was perfect for our stay before heading back home. We would stay again. Thank you !"

"Not the best area, homeless walking through as we were checking in. Floors were dirty in the room. We were only there for about 7 hours but my kids were even a little nervous about being there. "

"Did not eat breakfast but they have it. Lots of street noise at night. Very clean staff super nice. Shower did not drain but otherwise room was great. "

"Parking was easy with a lot of available spots. Staff was welcoming and engaging at check-in. Room was as described online and at the front desk. We had an accessible room due to recent surgery. Shower and safety bars throughout bathroom was very helpful. Bed was lower than average probably perfect for wheelchair bound individual. The mattress wasn't comfortable as it was a bit lumpy and squeaky. Keep in mind the stripped down approach to keeping costs down. Room set up long term stays with stove, full fridge, sink. BUT you would need to bring your own cookware, plates, utensils, etc or rent from the facility. Given our needs it was suitable."

"This was such a great property! It had everything we needed- from pool towels, a fully stocked kitchen, and even a sweet welcome treat that was greatly appreciated after a day of travel! It’s also conveniently located near historic downtown Gilbert (wonderful restaurants). Beds were comfy, house was spotless, WiFi was great, the kids (and husband) loved the pool table /ping pong table, and we had a wonderful visit! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area! Thank you for a wonderful stay! "
