"This was an excellent choice. We were greeted by the host and he helped my friend and I with our bags. He then gave us a tour of where we were staying and pointed out lights and the pool, things that may need extra explaining. Everything was as described online & excellent communication with hosts. The place is very lovely and it was perfect for our stay before heading back home. We would stay again. Thank you !"

"This home is more than enough! We stayed 4 nights with 5 adults & 2 toddlers. The home is FULLy stocked with anything & everything we needed to be comfortable & entertained. We had originally planned a few outings but we ended up spending most of our time at the house because we were busy swimming, playing pool, arcade games and cards. The home is beautifully decorated, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels/bedding & even pool toys. The location is perfect, literally anywhere we wanted to go, whether it was shopping, restaurant, golf courses or entertainment, it was no further than 21 minutes away! The communication was AMAZING! I will recommend this home to anyone & everyone who will be visiting the Phoenix area!!!"

"Not the best area, homeless walking through as we were checking in. Floors were dirty in the room. We were only there for about 7 hours but my kids were even a little nervous about being there. "

"This was a lovely stay! The room was extremely spacious and clean. It had everything I needed for a few nights in town and was only about a 5 minute drive from plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. It was a great value and I'd absolutely stay again."

"This was such a great property! It had everything we needed- from pool towels, a fully stocked kitchen, and even a sweet welcome treat that was greatly appreciated after a day of travel! It’s also conveniently located near historic downtown Gilbert (wonderful restaurants). Beds were comfy, house was spotless, WiFi was great, the kids (and husband) loved the pool table /ping pong table, and we had a wonderful visit! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area! "This property is all that it promises and more. The house and outdoor areas were clean with all the amenities as promised. The pool and hot tub along with the pickle ball court were great hits with our group. We also enjoyed playing ping pong and pool along with spending time using the outdoor conversation areas and bar near the outdoor grill. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans and more to serve up meals for a crowd. Bathrooms are well stocked and clean. Two washer and dryers to help keep up with the demand for pool towels. Enjoy fresh produce from the lemon, grapefruit and tangerine trees. Located near downtown Gilbert, find shopping and numerous restaurants choices. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!"
