The room was clean and very comfortable. The view from the room was a nice bonus and the food in the restaurant was to die for!

We travelled around Switzerland with a Swiss rail pass. This hotel was on easy transport and the hotel was well located. Yes would recommend p

This is a brand new property only opened this month which is beautifully fitted out. It has a large common area with a well stocked bar and a supermarket on thefloor below. The management can’t do enough to help and are very responsive. Conveniently located near the main part of the town with buses nearly at your front door and chairlifts nearby. The bus network lets you move around the area to other attractions. Our room has a large balcony which looks out across fields and mountains, very...

Clean room, quiet, great location and super friendly and helpful staff

Great property, nice and clean, comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was good, yoghurts, breads from the local bakery, cold meats, cheese and bacon and eggs plus other cereals etc. Shower was good, although the hot water cut out once for a few moments which wasn’t great. The pool and spa were great, a lot of features and nice and clean. Dinner is a set menu on Friday and Saturday only. Overall a great hotel.

Very nice to stay for relax holiday.

We stayed four nights here and loved every minute. It is a short walk downhill from the train station, located just off the main street of the town, so it's lovely and quiet. It's close to Migros and Coop as well as restaurants. We were warmly welcomed upon check in, our room was ready early, but we were encouraged to take our time and enjoy our complimentary local wine. The rooms are well appointed, no air con though, and a coffee maker, kettle and bar fridge are on each floor for your...

The hotel was close to the train station. Check in was easy and smooth. We made use of the pool and the pizza place in the hotel and the breakfast was very good

Absolute 5 star experience. The staff are so accommodating and the the view from the pool is next to none. Best hotel I've stayed at. The customer hospitality is in matched. Need a car for a day? They let you borrow there mini cooper, great way to explore the rest of Switzerland at your own pace

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Fassbind Beausite. Dani, Linda and their beautiful dog Heidi are incredible hosts. In the days leading up to our reservation there was lots of communication about check in and what was on offer. The free bus pass made it easy to get from Interlaken to Beatenberg. Our room was wonderful. Spacious, clean and homey. We loved all the special touches that were added. The view from our balcony was absolutely incredible. We watched the sun rise over the...

Pleasent stay and breakfast was great.

Beautiful stay at Eden. We were picked up from the train station and checked in quickly. The room was phenomenal with a view over the lake to the Alps. We could have sat on the balcony all day just watching the goats walk around. The breakfast buffet hot food was a bit cold, but you could order fresh eggs a la carte which was perfect. A good selection of food and good coffee. We had a dinner at the restaurant and the food and service were impeccable. We also had a massage with Jasone, one...
