"Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, direkt am Waldrand. Die Zimmer verteilen sich über 3 Etagen. Alle Zimmer waren sauber und genügend Schlafmöglichkeiten vorbereitet. Es ist ein älteres Haus, aber es wurde schon sehr viel renoviert. Besonders positiv sind uns die 3 Badezimmer aufgefallen.Wir hatten das Haus für 8 Personen und einen Hund gemietetet. "Wir haben das Ferienhaus als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach München ins Stadio und die Harry Potter Ausstellung, ins Legoland, den Playmobil Funpark sowie in den Zoo Augsburg gebucht. Es ist super für eine 5 Köpfige Familie. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und ein Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. "This hotel is very well located. It is at the center of Augsburg. The rooms are nice but quite small for a 5 star hotel but very nice and clean. Confortable beds. The staff at the reception are very nice and willing to help. The concierge not so much. I needed information and advice and she was not responsive. A 5 star hotel needs to have someone better involved in helping the guests."

"Great friendly staff and superb location (with payable parking but you may need to book in advance). Rooms are a little dated and comfort rooms quite small, double bed is two single matressses which is a bit odd and it does close up at 9pm, though thats not a problem especially as there are plenty of bars etc. close by. All that said really good value and worth the price paid, and thanks to the nice people."

"The Hotel is in the center of town. Ideal for sightseeing. Well connected with tramway to all parts of town. Many restaurants in the neighborhood. The room was large and very quiet as it was away from the street ( we asked for a quiet room). Parking is possible in a nearby public parking garage for a reasonable fee. Room service was very good. Overall the hotel is very well run and in ideal location."
