"It was the last week of the season, so understandable for some thing's. This hotel is definitely not a 5*. We have stayed at 4* and 5* at opening and closing weeks, this is no where near. The good - Branded drinks, JD, Smirnoff, Baileys. The soft furnishings, seating, pool area etc are all lovely and to a high standard. The not so good - No drinks menu at the bar, run out of mixers and drinks. The food selection was minimal, warm at best and struggled to put a meal together for the 3 sittings...

"I found and booked into the Maril after arriving the day before and disliking the place i was booked into. At the Maril from the moment i arrived everyone was very extremely helpful, the room was beautiful and the views of the bay incredible. It definitely deserves its 5* rating and I'm sure when it has its official opening on 29th August and all its amazing facilities are open,, the spa, the restaurants and bars it will be a great success. Thank you all for my stay. Viv Page "
