"Bungalovlarından sona yakın olan birctanesibde kaldık. Oda temizdi fakat yer sifonundan koku geliyordu. Biraz su dökünce bu sorun çözüldü. Basmalı Sabun ve şampuan aparatı çalışmıyordu. Sanırım yerine oturmamış açıp düzeltince çözüldü. Rezervuar bas butonu çalışmıyordu. Kapağı açarak kullandık . Bu oda ya özel bakım ihtiyacı vardı diyebilirim. "Just back from a lovely stay at the Lavender Residence in Sogucak. The resort was lovely and the staff managing the resort were extremely helpful and responded quickly and positively to any requests. Our apartment 1B was very comfortable and well equipped for self catering including a washing machine. "This hotel feels like it’s struggling. We are giving it two stars for the woman who made us a lovely breakfast with good tea, but otherwise would recommend making a different choice. The place has a feeling of being in disarray and was not very clean. We may have been the only guests, and were put in a tiny room by the elevator with a closet sized bathroom. The shower is one without doors, and the bathroom is so tiny the water flooded the floor. Luckily, because there was no hot water the showers were short. The sheets had something on them, and the description of the hotel is inaccurate. We paid for three nights, stayed for one, and were refused a refund. We wish the owners all the best, but can’t recommend as a place to stay."

"As I walked up to the Hotel it looked quite modern from outside and the balcony's looked nice but that's where the good parts ended. As inealked interest nreception I could see how dirt it was and the floors were filthy. I thought to myself I hope the rooms are not like this. Well, as I was showed my room it was nothing like the pictures on the website. The room and furniture were tired, the fridge when I opened it was disgusting and dirty quickly closing it. The sheets and pillow cases had yellow stains on them and the bathroom was dirty and toilet disgusting with stains inside and flies around. I was shown a second room which stunk of sewage and said I'm sorry but I cannot stay here, ai have minimal standards and this did not meet them. All I ask for was it be clean but unfortunately it wasn't. I then had to look for another Hotel and it was late in the day but fortunately found one which was lovely and clean, I could then relax."

"I didn't like anything about this hotel. We arrived and it was closed due to death of owner since more then 12 days. With a little note (in Turkish) on the front door. Somebody helped us calling the number, he was in Istanbul; so he sent somebody to open it for us. He came after 2 hours while we are waiting in the street. Very dirty, all over, no service, no breakfast, nothing was there to support our stay, we hardly spent the night. At least they should have removed the hotel from your site and close it officially I request full refund of my money, I was cheated we barely slept and left, nothing was served, not even a cup of tea or water, and of course no breakfast"

"We stayed one night at Le Méridien Bodrum Beach Resort, chosen for its amenities and closeness to the airport (just 20 minutes away), and left wishing we had stayed longer. The service was exceptional. Ali Bezir, the Front Office Manager, communicated with us before arrival, preparing everything to our needs. Nacira from Guest Relations was friendly and helpful, while Doğukan and Kubilay made check-in and check-out seamless. Restaurant staff, buggy drivers who ferried us around the hills, and even the playful kittens added warmth to our stay. The Stella Restaurant stood out with an excellent breakfast offering plenty of variety, and dinner was equally enjoyable. Ali kindly arranged for our room to be decorated and surprised our friend with a birthday cake — a beautiful touch that made the evening memorable. Our room was small but offered breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea, visible straight from the bed and even the shower. A modern TV with Google Cast was a great addition, and we enjoyed the beach, the scenic walks, the accessible gym, and a relaxing spa treatment. The only drawback was being told that use of the spa facilities required an extra €38 for 30 minutes, which felt disappointing for a 5-star resort, as I expected basic access to be included. Overall, the staff are the true stars here, making our short visit unforgettable. Highly recommended, especially if you’re looking for luxury close to the airport."
