Great location and close to shops etc. we did watch one of the cleaning staff count out some cutlery but did it on the ground and a pretty disgusting habit to be honest. She then took them into a room coming back empty handed. We were placed right next to where people gathered to smoke and as non smokers we couldn’t leave a window open. The bathroom definitely had a musty smell to it and required better ventilation "

"The apartment was very clean and comfortable, cosy beds, with all the basics needed for a few nights. The apartment block was nice and quiet. Some inconvenience as the washing machine wasn't connected, but overall a good stay. The host was very responsive to any queries. "

"I stayed a week at this spacious property. The property is a little tired however this is more than made up for by the host's quick, professional, friendly communications, and immediate assistance. I would recommend this property and the host. The property is also very well situated for local amenities and a short walk from: Eltham town and several parks, including Westerfold's Park where you can see wild Kangaroo's, Kookaburra's, and other Australian Wildlife. "Unfortunately the house was not to standard with cleaning and presentation. It looks as though there are multiple people who live there permanently, with clothing and personal belongings in the drawers and cupboards. A mish mash of kitchen cutlery and serving ware, including cups, bowls and plates. With inadequate supply of cutlery and utencils. No clothes dryer made it difficult to dry clothes during our stay. And there was no lightening in the laundry. Put a real disappointment on a stay that had so much potential, the house is a perfect size to suit large families. With excellent heating!I recommend a complete clean out of the house and have minimal furnishings to reduce the need for excessive cleaning. Purchase of new sets for the kitchen in cutlery and serving ware. Also the circular beds although may be pleasing to the eye for some people, where no way comfortable. "
