"I stayed a week at this spacious property. The property is a little tired however this is more than made up for by the host's quick, professional, friendly communications, and immediate assistance. I would recommend this property and the host. The property is also very well situated for local amenities and a short walk from: Eltham town and several parks, including Westerfold's Park where you can see wild Kangaroo's, Kookaburra's, and other Australian Wildlife. "

"The house was beautiful for a few days off. The owner came down a day before we checked out and he was wonderful. However cleanliness was just not to standard. We paid for air fresheners, rubbish bags, toilet paper, cleaning wipes and sprays. The pool was unclean and wasn’t usable as the agent initially telling us to just flick the switch on then claimed that it didn’t work. Wasn’t until the owner came down a day before check out that it was fixed but it was too cold that day. Overall was really happy with the house however definitely unhappy with the pricing and equipment at the place. I have stayed at many different holiday houses I expected a little better house care seeing the size of the house. Property is beautiful though. "

"Wasn’t very inviting walking into property, needs to be tidied up and garden maintained a bit better. The accommodation was fine but could do with a spruce up ,needs a paint or finish the painting on arches etc. some of curtains hanging off poles"

"We had a great stay. The cottage was well appointed, airy and comfortable. Location was close to the fast food restaurants that our teen boys loved! Dave was fantastic to deal with and very accomodating. Our dog enjoyed the stay as well. Would recommend to families. "
