"Really nice place to stay although transportation was difficult to find and was far away from the center of where we wanted to go it was a nice place to stay with a/c. The rooms were nice, the outside view was beautiful, the location is pretty since it's private and someone opens the gate since its in a residential area and it's SAFE we traveled as a family of 8 with young kids. So we were safe to walk around the close area. The check in was until 1pm Not sure why. And i did not check since...

"The location is great, backing up on the beach. Unfortunately the hotel is in serious need of repairs and renovations. Very old towels, dirty curtains, bathrooms are in a poor state. The showers and bathrooms use very salty water- not great for hair and skin, and pretty dire for contact lenses wearer.
Restaurant is nice and staff overall pleasant, with a couple of exceptions. Samayan on Reception was particularly helpful and friendly."

"Staff is excellent! The location is great and the views are truly amazing! The breakfast food options are great but the dinner menu has room for improvement but the vibe is five stars. The villas are definitely worth the money and the pool area was spectacular. Overall Encanto is great property!"
