"Biggest issue was temperature of the room at night. Thermostat did not work, room would stay hot all night when it was cool outside. Asked staff to send someone but was not fixed. "

"Room is clean but pretty old, needs renovation. Room and stuffy no air-condition, I checked with Front Office, and was informed it is not summer yet, so they just have the fan on. Very hot at night and I had to open the window, still it is hot and stuffy. Location is good very centralised with all the shopping centres within walking distance. Metro station is far."
