"We are happy to rate this lovely lodge as Excellent, despite its shortcomings. The property would certainly benefit from an update to more modern standards, as parts of it feel a little tired - particularly considering its premium price point. What truly makes this place exceptional, however, is its management and staff. They are genuinely warm, humble, fair, and welcoming in a way that is increasingly rare. Their outstanding hospitality more than makes up for any imperfections and is the reason we would gladly return. The electric bike rentals are also fantastic and added greatly to our stay. Combined with the lodge's superb location - just a short walk from Lake Louise and its beautiful hiking trails - it makes for a wonderful base to explore the area. We would happily recommend this lodge to anyone visiting Lake Louise and look forward to staying here again in the future."
