"The staff was nice. The beds weren’t very comfortable and the restaurant chairs weren’t either."

"We forget to Ask for room service, so room is not made up daily. We asked for handicap room and none were available. Plus we asked for a room with a walk in shower and the room only had a tub. The hotel was nice and the staff was pleasant. But they ended up having to give us additional add on's to make the room suitable for my husband to be able to get around. "

"Room size was huge but with a dirty sofa that needed cleaning, although the rest was fine. Standard hot breakfast offered by this hotel variety. Not sure if someone was being trained but staff not that interested when trying to check in. Shuttle to and from airport ran regularly"

"Apart from the help given by Sheree this was an appalling place to stay. Despite messaging the hotel twice, their 24 hour airport shuttle did not appear due to someone not turning up and it cost $40 just to get to the hotel. The person behind the desk was not interested and the room we were given was filthy with chewing gum on the floor and a sofa chair that looked like it had been attacked by rats. The next room was a little better but not by much. It is generous to say a continental breakfast was included - a couple of cereal choices and a bit of bread. Needless to say we declined the second days offering. Manager was never available when we were there to make representations."

"The bathroom had random stray hairs from multiple different people, the sheets were like sand paper, the pillows were terrible, the bed was like sleeping on a bed of nails. Would never stay at this hotel again"

"Property needs to be cleaned. Hallways were dirty. lobby was dirty, elevators had spilled sticky stuff that was not cleaned over night until checkout. Breakfast was terrible, only option was bagels and toast. Coffee was never refilled and Napkins were not to be found. Parking was limited and when I went in the back to park, there were people sleeping in their cards in the parking lot with blacked out plastic bags on their windows. The side doors were not locked and were wide open all day and all night. The only clean item was the room itself, room was renovated and housekeeping and cleaned it. "
