Good location, convenient to ball park and other dining locations. Very spacious apartment with nice views and good value for price. Downsides were the rug in the apartment was not super clean and the kitchen had very limited utensils for cooking. But, overall it was definitely worth the price for 2 BD apartment given the location.

The property is on the cusp of the downtown hotel district next to a transit center, which is great to get to the sporting events and other areas of downtown (free train) but crowded with folks waiting for buses, etc. Room was clean but furniture was not comfortable after a long day.
