We stayed here to have our own place while visiting family for the holidays. We were very comfy and cozy here. Beds and pillows are so comfy. so was the furniture, great for a movie night in. Clean and nicely decorated. Nice kitchen with with all the pots, pans, dishes, etc. that one would need. Owners are very easy to communicate with. Check in and check out is super easy. Highly recommend.

A very pleasant home. It was nicely decorated and the furniture was comfortable, especially the beds. The host was very quick to respond and also very accommodating. We had to cancel the first time, at the last minute, due to COVID and he was very fair in dealing with the situation.

Mid Century Modern Awesomeness!
Needed a place to stay for a business trip to the Detroit Area and was looking for something in the Royal Oak vicinity... This property not only worked out but far exceeded expectations! Great location in a nice quiet neighborhood, really nicely recently (?) renovated home with honestly some of the best decor of any place I've stayed in a vacation rental to-date... But I'm a sucker for MCM stuff and this hit all the marks. Kudos to the owners for an OUTSTANDING record album selection as well (from Bowie to Johnny Cash to Phil Collins to some killer vintage Disney records including Alice in Wonderland). I couldn't have been happier and would come back in a heartbeat the next time I'm in the area. 10/10
