"This was a nice rental for our family trip to Detroit. It had all the things we needed-full kitchen with dishes, laundry, bathrooms as well as central air (we stayed in June 2023). It’s a historic house, so it has a different feel than a modern house, but it had all the amenities that were needed. The only thing that could be somewhat of an issue is the iron railings on the stairs for little ones or the elderly. A high chair or booster and or pack n play to use would have been a bonus, but we...

The place is great for seniors--only a few steps, a comfort height toilet, and a walk-in shower. "Home was as shown in pictures, everything was as you expect. Response from owners was quick & no major problems, but a bug/beetle in bedroom which I’m guessing came in from the window but otherwise no complaints."
