Staff was so kind and helpful, giving lots of tips and suggestions for the area. The room was also very clean and high quality (and had a huge bathroom). It also had the soft best bed I’ve slept on in a while.

We had a great stay at Villa Diana in Zadar. The location is excellent – everything you need is close by, from shops and restaurants to the old town and the sea. Parking was easy, which made things very convenient. The house was very clean and well kept, which made our stay even more comfortable. The host was very friendly and helpful, always available if we needed anything. Overall, a perfect spot!

A little nervous at first - we arrived later than expected and GPS took us to a back street, so finding property in the dark was challenging. After locating property,the reception office was closed. However, the owner was watching on the security camera and came right over to take care of us. Tony was extremely nice and helpful in getting us to our room. Room was smallest on property, but totally adequate for our one night stay. Modern, clean,with everything needed. Tony gave us tips for visiting the old city center, including a wonderful spot to have lunch right across from the Adriatic Sea. Would stay again for hopefully a longer visit.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Modernes Bad, schnuckelige Küche und ein bequemes Bett. Wir haben auch die Terrasse gerne zum Kartenspielen genutzt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie 'Tommy' oder 'Lidl' waren gut zu Fuß erreichbar. In die Altstadt konnte man ca. in einer halben Stunde laufen und dadurch den Ort kennenlernen. Die Betreiber der Unterkunft waren super freundlich, sie haben uns herzlich empfangen und gut beraten. Alles in allem, sehr zu empfehlen.

Högsta klass!

Det renaste och fräschaste boendet jag varit på. Servicen var även den utöver det vanliga. Förutom att berätta vad maxpriser på taxi bör var och restaurangtips, fixade de även en båtresa där vi slapp alla andra turister. Otroligt bra boende som jag varmt kan rekommendera.

Séjour très agréable.

Très bel endroit, tout est délicat du sol au plafond. Nous avions pris le "studio" qui n’est pas du tout au standard français car il est enooorme! Belle cuisine, quasiment 2 pièces séparées par des cloisons mobiles en tissus. Les hôtes sont très agréables, nous recommandons vivement cet endroit.

Fantastiskt boende med underbar personal. Lägenheten var stor och fräsh med allt som kan tänkas behövas. Personalen var så trevliga och hjälpsamma, helt fanstastiska. De hjälpte oss att boka utflykter samt visade oss vad som var intressant att titta på. Ett extra plus var att de oxå pratade svenska och kunde fler språk än så. Är otroligt nöjd med resan, rekommenderar verkligen detta boende om ni ska åka till Zadar!

Nagyszerű!

Minden a lehető legnagyobb rendben volt. Nagyon nagy volt a tisztaság, nagyon kedvesek, aranyosak és segítőkészek voltak a házigazdák. A környéken gyalog is pár percre van néhány szupermarket, ami így nagyon praktikussá tette a nyaralást. A szállás előtt volt saját parkolóhely, ahol a kocsival tudtunk parkolni. Összesen 4 autóval lehet parkolni. Mi vittünk magunkkal kerékpárt, de lehet helyben bérelni is kerékpárt. Gyalog, kényelmes tempóban 25 perc Zadar belvárosa. Kerékpárral 10 perc. A szállás szobái bár főút mellett vannak, kifejezetten csendesek, mert jó a hangszigetelés és kellemesen hűsít a légkondícionáló. Az emeleti kerthelységben nagyon kellemesen el lehet tölteni az időt. Erkély nincs. Nagyon jó elményekkel, tapasztalatokkal tértünk haza! Aki nem közvetlen tengerparti szállást keres és szeret sétállni és bringázni, annak kifejezetten ajánlom.

Who rates this place as “superb”???

This booking was a part of a long European journey. We booked this villa 3 hours in advance, which seemed fine according to the confirmation email, and started driving. Upon arrival there was nobody to meet us. I walked around the house, which I initially thought was a mini-hotel but actually turned out something like an airbnb, but did not see a soul. I rang all the bells with the same outcome. Finally I called the number on the sign and got “the recipient cannot take your call”. Then I called the number stated on Hotels.com and finally somebody picked up. I told then what happened and was told to call back in 5 min. I called back and was told to call back in 10 min. Then I was asked to call another number where a lady said “sorry, it never happed before, but can you wait 30 min and call back?”. The long story short, after over an hour wait somebody showed up to let us in. And then we saw this so called “superb” place: the room seemed damp and was very cold, the bathroom stank like sewage, bed sheets were dirty and I even found somebody’s hair on the sheet, which was disgusting. And the mattress was so cheap and soft that it would probably be better to sleep in our car. That would all be fine for a 2-star hotel, but this place shows 4 stars, which confused me and made me book it!!! Who, I mean, WHO rates it as superb??? The only good thing was the free parking and I assume it was only because we were the only guests.

Beautifully Appointed!

This was a great place to stay - the property is beautiful and immaculate with great outdoor areas. Our guest room was very large, beautifully appointed and immaculate. Very friendly and helpful host. Convenient location about a 20 minute walk to old town. We would have liked to have stayed longer. I’ll be back!
