"This is a wonderful gem not far from Ithaca. Rose and Rachel are kind and personable. The room I had was spacious and relaxing. The breakfast was incredible. I truly enjoyed my stay and hope to return again!"

"The coop is such a cozy cabin on a beautiful farm. Decorations were nice and the amenities were clean. The shared barn was a nice place to hangout and hide from the rain. The fresh and local baked goods every morning were a very nice touch! Idiot brothers cider tasting on site was very fun and they had great ciders! So many wineries and hi king spots nearby! Dog friendly!!"

"Excellent communication with the owner for check-in. Owner had a lovely bowl of snacks on the kitchen counter. Owner also had a dog bed and dog bowls ready for my dog which was greatly appreciated. The home had a lot of character and the grounds were decorated with unique sculptured pieces. Great property for a family or someone with a dog."

"This beautiful lakefront home is all that and a bag of chips. Spacious enough for 6 people to be very comfortable. And every detail has been thought out. Kitchen is very well appointed and no expense has been spared for all the accessories.Our family enjoyed morning coffee on the deck and nightly cocktails around the fire pit. Even in the chilly temps we were able to warm our hearts reminiscing about past family vacations. Hope to visit again and get to use the kayaks."
