We really enjoyed our stay. The view was spectacular. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was excellent! Next time we are in the area we will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Long House Manor B&B. Our room and bath were spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable, We did not use the common spaces but others might enjoy the pool table, living area with big screen TV, etc. We did enjoy the small but relaxing pool after a warm day. There was a self-serve continental breakfast (bagels, toast, fruit, etc.) starting at 7 a.m. and then individually served plates of French toast with sausage patties starting at 8:30. We especially enjoyed the peace and quiet and the nice view and the trip into Watkins Glen for dinner was quick and easy. We would definitely stay at Long House Manor again if we were in the area.

The B&B property was lovely, and we enjoyed our suite on the top floor. We had a lake view from our room, the dining room, and the deck. Check in and out was easy, the staff was very pleasant and helpful, and accommodated our breakfast options for a food allergy.

Staff is great. Let us in early. Nice breakfast with eggs one day and French toast another with fruit, cereal and bagels. View of lake was perfect (they aren't on the lake) and the pool was clean and warm.

We enjoyed our stay at the Longhouse Manor. Our room, common spaces and pool were clean. We enjoyed the breakfast offerings of fresh fruit, eggs and protein each day. The innkeeper was very nice. The only misgiving was the toilet, which was displaced from the floor and the tile was cracked. While everything was fully functional, a shifting toilet is the last thing one would and should expect while taking care of business.

The room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The decor is pretty outdated and the downstairs common area had an odor of oil but it was not something that really impacted the quality of our stay. The breakfast was perfect with lots of fresh fruit and eggs and ham if we wanted. Staff was friendly and prompt to keep the room cleaned. The room refrigerators were stocked with drinks which was a nice touch. The best part of this location is the convenience of how close it is to so many things to do and see in nearby Watkins Glen and Hector. Was definitely great value for everything you got. Would stay here again!

This must be a great place in the summer - outdoor pool outdoor seating areas facing Seneca Lake, 5 min from downtown Watkins Glenn. Large hotel room - very clean - the bathroom was older with a step up and in tub - double vanity. Great for a couple. Regina at the front desk was very helpful - if you’re booking thru a third party you may want to call them so they have a contact number.

This lodging is well located, and the staff is very friendly. However, inside the Manor, there is a strong smell of heating oil. There is probably a tank leak. The room was spacious but outdated. The toilet base was loose and foul odors were noticeable. The breakfast is ok but do not expect coffee to be ready before 7h15.
