"We were given the excuse that management had just changed over. Had to go to the front desk several times, which was never attended. I had called from the room but nobody answered. Even after ringing the bell, took quite a while for someone to show up. One visit to the desk was because we ran out of tp and were only there 1 night. There was no extra roll in the room. Imagine getting the same kind helpful assistance in the morning before leaving for my family’s holiday's celebrations, and again upon returning later that night! "

Vanessa provided a pack & play for us as well! It was clean and stocked with anything we’d need.
