"The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. It's location is perfect for being out in the country so we could see the stars, yet, close to the dream parks, like 5 min to West Oneonta. We felt right at home, but in a country setting. "We visited while playing at Dreams Park and had a wonderful experience. The house is as good as the pictures, if not better. VERY quiet surroundings. Easy ride to the park, 20 minutes maximum. Everything was provided for a quick check in and check out. When the players came back they loved the game room and were not happy when we told them it was time to leave.
