"A wonderful find. More of a bed and breakfast on a working farm. Room is not very big but it does have a private bathroom. The hosts offer a lovely continental breakfast included, as well as parking. It is very quiet and restful. Chickens often cross your path. There is also a working mill which generates power. The host is very nice. There is a an excellent restaurant a 5 minute drive away called Chenin, suggested by the host. Not to be missed."

"L'enregistrement s'est très bien passé grâce à l'aide du propriétaire. Au début, nous avons eu quelques difficultés à faire fonctionner les radiateurs et l'eau chaude. Deux jeunes employés du bar sont venus nous aider. La connexion Internet était très faible et instable tout au long de notre séjour ; le personnel n'a pas répondu à nos demandes. Enfin, le lit double était incroyablement bruyant et inconfortable, à tel point que l'un d'entre nous a dû dormir dans une autre chambre à l'autre bout...

Lauren was a very knowledgeable local guide, and Marianne even offered to,and did, iron my wife’s dress for a wedding. Above the call of duty! We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in the area. "

"3 couples enjoyed our stay at Moulin Chareau immensely. It is in a central location for visiting the chateaus of the Loire Valley. The Moulin is beautiful, unique and the grounds are lovely. Frederico is so friendly and helpful - suggested itineraries for our visit, restaurants and more. We would highly recommend this VRBO."

The house was well maintained and had everything we needed. The town had a lovely bakery for morning bread and a regular bus service into Tours. A lovely house and town and would recommend.
