It is very basic, but is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a stay: the excellent shower is definitely a highlight. The spiral staircase up the first floor is very steep and tight, so do bear that in mind. "The staff at this very modern gentile hotel were absolutely astounding! They were very personal, intimate, and friendly. We had a couple of problems with our room, and they helped us immediately. The hotel was a little gem in a fantastic location, right by Les Halle’s, with underground parking, so it’s great if you have a rental car. I highly recommend it!"

"Very convenient for the train station, tourist bureau and supermarket close by. Easy walk into town centre. Friendly helpful staff on reception. Good WiFi. Kitchen had what you needed. You could buy a few things at reception like UHT milk if needed. The apartment was well laid out. Quiet. Comfortable beds We found the check in times a bit confusing online but relieved to find they'd been extended when we arrived."

"Good and convenient location close to city centre and train station with parking available on-street nearby. We had adjoining rooms - quite small but did the job as we only stayed one night but while passing through. They accept dogs which is a plus and limits our choices. Helpful staff. We didn’t have breakfast as there are some lovely patisseries in the town."

"We stayed as a family of four. There were building works ongoing, which we did not know about before, but were informed of immediately when we checked in. The dining room and bar were not available but the hotel did offer a breakfast bag option as an alternative. The room itself was very clean and the beds were very comfortable and there was aircon and a fan provided which was good. The bathroom was also very clean and well equipped. The location is great, a 10 minute walk into the centre of Tour and we managed to park on the street outside the hotel for free. We booked through Hotels.com and the booking said we got a free drink on arrival, we were not offered that but I assume that is because of the maintenance works."
