"Retired couple stayed at this property for a five-week stay March 2026. No major issues experienced and the host, Menavia, promptly addressed our minor concerns, was polite and courteous, and checked in on us several times throughout our stay. Neighbourhood area was mostly quiet and we always felt safe. Property is well-maintained. "There pictures are severely outdated. Their appliances were not operating. The frozen food we put in the freezer the night we arrived was warm when we woke the next morning. When I woke up the next morning and stepped out of bed I stepped in a puddle of water that leaked in from outside. This place was dingy and wasn’t even the same outside color as the pictures. Severe miss representation. The maintenance crew that came the next morning illuded to the fact that they come and fix fix fix."
