"Bei Ankunft um 18:00 Uhr war die Rezeption nicht besetzt, der Zugangscode zum Hotel funktionierte nicht. Erst nach mehrfachen Anruf versuchen auf der angegebenen Telefonnummer konnte Hotelpersonal erreicht werden, so dass erst nach 30 Minuten Einlass möglich war."

"Apparently the usual process is to receive a lock box code which gives access to the room key. This didn't happen and although there was someone in the restaurant on the ground floor, waiting for others (it turned out) to make the place ready for service, he just shouted at me through a locked (glazed )door, then ignored me. Thankfully the other staff who turned up were kind, helping me to retrieve the key. The room, though clean and with a nice bed, was like an oven, and the hotel was more like...

"Wir hatten ein Zimmer für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind, inklusive Frühstück gebucht. Gleich bei der Ankunft wurde uns gesagt, dass das Frühstück entfallen würde , da es kein Gas geben würde, obwohl ich bis jetzt nicht verstehen kann, wozu man Gas benötigt um ein paar Brötchen mit Wurst und Käse zur Verfügung zu stellen. Solche Dinge befinden sich eigentlich in einem Kühlschrank. "
