"This was a fake listing. They took pictures of the hotel next door and used them to sell rooms. Expedia refused to help get a refund and hung up on me when I called. Expedia said the place existed but they called the office and county get through. I won’t use Expedia ever again."

"This hotel, it turns out, had only been open to guests 1 day. They were not prepared. Ssud they had no luggage carts. Workers still onsite painting. No exterior lights Staff was very apologetic, but offered no remedies."

"I would have given it Five Stars except for the Auto blinds that are a design defect of the Hilton Hotel Group. I was injured by the blinds and was given a comped stay for my injuries. It was not due to any fault of the staff and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was very well received. They insisted I go to the emergency room and they would pay for it. It was a beautiful room and we expect to stay there again. I could not have asked for a better stay (except for my accident)...
