The staff were extremely helpful. We arrived early and they managed to check us in straight away. The spa facilities were fantastic with lovely views. Food at the restaurant was delicious. The hotel is designed to a high standard with beautiful touches. We wished we could have stayed longer. We would highly recommend this hotel and...

"In a string of five backpacking days and high mountain huts, Hotel Sliezsky Dom was an unusually pampering exception. This is by far the most spoiling high mountain lodging I've ever been to (and I have trecked in five continents). Chef-made food, well equipped bar, comfortable rooms, and much more. "A comfortable Hotel near the Lomnicky Peak cable car station. A nice breakfast with a lot of different foods to choose from. Free parking behind the building."

"Hotel is very nice, children and pet friendly. The staff is fantastic, the rooms are clean only when you come for dinner later than 7:30 pm there is not so much to choose from. The hotel is connected to the Aqua Center. "

"Postele na izbe absolútne nevyhovujúce,matrace sa rozchádzali.Žiadali sme detskú postieľku, lenže nám bolo povedané, že už žiaľ nemajú... Tam to skončilo. Dieťa muselo spať medzi nami.... Pričom medzi matracmi sa neustále robila diera.Chýbali maličkosti ako papuče, župan, obuvák či pero s ktorým by ste mohli na papierik zaznačiť čo z minibaru ste konzumovali. "
