We stayed at this wonderful resort for a night last week- definitely not long enough. Everything was perfect. Exceptionally good and friendly service from everyone. The resort is at one end of the beach with its own bay. It felt very exclusive. Would love to go back one day.

Loved that the villa was homely but luxurious, having its own personal pool in the back yard. The villa had all the requirements of a home and the washer/dryer was very useful. The location is great. Walkable to a handful of restaurants - Roots Spirit, Happy Rajah, Medium Rare Steakhouse and Jiva Coffee - All recommended. This is a beautiful property on the beachfront. Very clean with friendly and helpful staff. Food plentiful and delicious and nightly entertainment available but alternative eating venue available if a quiet meal wanted. Bus and taxis available and small supermarket and shops in walking distance. Only small difficulty was that they were not terribly familiar with Australian currency so difficult to change money on site and taxi drivers only accepted cash

Absolutely stunning stay! From the warm welcome to the enormous suite with an incredible afternoon tea with wine sent up to with their compliments, this hotel could not have done more for us. The rooms are large, quiet, with stunning views, I just wish we could have stayed longer.

The Oberoi is a beautiful property with very attentive staff. We stayed 14 nights & I believe the average is 5.I had no idea Turtle bay was so remote when the booking was made & as a result we found ourselves often in taxis usually destined for Grand Bay where we had some great Chinese dinners in a little back lane place recommended by Darmon, Oberoi chef. It was "100% local" accordingly to our taxi driver.Be prepared for an $80 return taxi fare. I cant take anything away from this property...

Overall the experience was good. We had an ocean view and the outlook was beautiful. The breakfast service was brilliant, and whilst the choice was not huge, the eggs were to die for. My biggest constructive feedback is the lack of reception from the front desk each time we entered and exited the building, a smile m, warm welcome or hello goes a long way. Furthermore, we did ask for a 12 check out in lieu of 11 and were met with a flat no as told room service needed to do the room, no one made...

Such a beautiful place to stay! This really felt like a different, much more meaningful holiday. I love the sustainability model and the app technology - everything was at your fingertips and service was in easy reach. Although there's no official welcome desk, staff were always nearby to help, and got to know you on a personal basis. Great amenities, high level of customer service and attention to detail. The front office manager Aldo was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. He made sure that everything were up to standard. Accessible eateries, 3 restaurants at the resorts. The resort is located at seafront with a beautiful view. I particularly loved the pool with a poolside bar which was very convenient

I went on a business trip and stayed at this hotel. The hotel is very close to the beach and is well secured. The room was very spacious and very clean and it gets cleaned every day. The staff members are very friendly, helpful and available anytime to assist. I fully recommend this hotel as you really get value for money. I also recommend it for families as well.
