"Lovely hotel in historical and modernized building in a perfect central location."

"Pre booking parking is essential - the room was clean however there was a musty water smell in the bathroom - the staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast very good indeed"

"Nice good for 1 night"

"Very spacious 2 room suite. Very clean. Helpful, friendly staff. Lovely furnishings and comfortable beds and linens. We didn’t have the breakfast but it looked delicious and the breakfast room was lovely. Good location with restaurants a 5 min walk away and bakery and lunch places around the corner. "Good standard overnight property."

"It was easy to find and access"

"Stayed 2 days and it was just perfect: close to train station and the old town centre"

"Our first room had some broken plugs and ac but the front desk soon switched us to a new room which was a little bigger. It's a great location hotel with good parking, a great restaurant and makes a great stop on the way south after getting off the ferry or Channel Tunnel. The staff are excellent and the rooms very clean and slick."

"All good, view of the golf course very pleasant."

"Helpful staff. Great restaurant on the roof! Walking distance to main squares in restored old town."
